You must face a problem that if you want to remove atrribution you can't but today I'm going to show you how to unlock with codes.
1)First, open your blogger dashboard by clicking here .
2)Now go to templates > Edit HTML

3)Now after clicking on Edit HTML you can see many types of code so just click on the code and press CTRL + F and search </head>
4)Enter the given code just before </head>
5)After Entering this code just before </head> just click save changes.
Now done! You Hide your Attribution Of Blogger That is "Powered By Blogger'
