Cambodia will be hoping home advantage will see them defeat Chinese Taipei at the National Olympic Stadium, Phnom Penh, in the second leg of their 2019 AFC Asian Cup play-off tie.
Last weeks entertaining 2-2 draw in Kaohsiung saw all the goals come in a frantic opening 30 minutes and a saved Cambodia penalty in the 53rd minute.
Both national coaches were left frustrated, blaming fatigue and climate for not capitalising on their chances.
Excuses will have to be put aside, however, as the hosts will look to come out on top in the capital.
Tomorrows game will be meaningful, said Cambodia coach Lee Tae-hoon. If we win we can get experience against high-level teams in the next round. Playing for a low scoring draw is a dangerous thing.
On the supporters; We expect 50,000 tomorrow. I thrive under that pressure.
The Angkor Warriors will be without suspended captain Thierry Bin after the defender was sent-off in last weeks first leg.
The visitors will also be missing midfielder Chen Hao-wei through suspension.
Head coach Toshiaki Imai is looking for an improved display at the back in Phnom Penh; I think Cambodias counter-attack is very strong, our defenders sometimes were not good positionally [in the first leg]. I hope they can play like lions in Tuesdays match.
He also acknowledges the crowd will be a factor in the match; We will rely on the pressure for the hosts. There will be a lot of fans. Maybe, they will suffer from the pressure.
