Creating the admin account on WordPress
Once the installation is complete, you�ll have the opportunity to create your account, as shown in upper. In previous versions, the first user was always called �admin,� but as of version 3.0, you can choose your own username for this account.
Log in using the password you just created (Figure 2-7). You should see your Dashboard with a message at the top prompting you to choose a more easily remembered password (Figure 2-8). We�ll go over the Dashboard and the rest of the WordPress settings in the next chapter.
