The next option is to adjust widths, which allows you to increase or decrease breath of either your entire blog or just sides bar.

In layout you will be able to change the layout of your blog like number of widgets at side bar at top or header and at footer of blog. 

Advance 

Advance take much things into its lap, in this option you would be able to change the color of your blogger blogs post, design, color of header, post title, image boarder, font color, sidebar color, fond design and much more.

Finally go and press apply changes.
