Uninstall or Exit your existing IDM 

Step 2

Step 3

Extract The File & Run it

Step 4

When installation Complete It will show again the Problem of IDM Fake Serial Key,But don't worry and just follow the Steps

Step 5

Now, Copy the IDM Extension Name (IDMGrHlp.exe) from Extracted IDM's Folder and then right click on the IDM which is already installed on your Desktop (go to its properties) & click on Open File Location and the copied IDM Extension here

Step 6

Now Run The Patch file and click on Patch, When it completed then click on Exit.
